MY WHY
I’ll be the first to say it, my own path to wellness hasn’t been a straight line. Like many people, I’ve had seasons where I pushed myself too hard, got so caught up in doing and achieving, that I lost sight of who I was underneath the noise of daily life. What I discovered along the way is that wellness isn’t just physical — it’s a balance of body, mind, and spirit.
That realization brought me to the dimensions of wellness — physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, occupational, and environmental. Each one is like a thread, and when one thread is frayed, the whole fabric feels weaker. But when we intentionally strengthen and nurture each dimension, we create a life that feels whole and deeply connected.
Today, my work as a coach, yoga guide, retreat facilitator, and storyteller is about helping others see that wholeness is possible for them too. In my coaching sessions, I create a space where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what really matters. Through movement, mindfulness, and honest self-reflection, I help clients find balance across all areas of their lives. It’s about cultivating practices that support your unique lifestyle, honoring the seasons of your life, and choosing flow over force.
My “why” is this: I want to empower people to reclaim their health, reconnect with their soul, and create balance across every dimension of their lives. I want you to know that wellness is possible for you, no matter where you are starting from, because you already carry the wisdom you need inside of you.
This will be a journey of remembering, returning, and choosing again and again to care for yourself in ways that support the life you want to live. And I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.
